Managing your profile information

Click on "log in" on the top right corner of the home page. You will be directed to the sign-in page. Fill in your registered email address and password to enter your Shopperr account.

If you need to make changes to your profile information, you can update this from the profile section on the "My Account" page.

To change account information:

1. Go to My Account
2. Click the edit icon on the profile field.
3. Modify the information you’d like to update.
4. Click "Update" after you've completed all your updates.

To change the password:

1. Go to the "My Account" page.
2. Click the edit icon on the profile field.
3. Switch to the Login password tab.
4. Fill in the old and new passwords.
5. Click update to complete the change.

If you've forgotten your password, you can click the "reset password" link on the log-in page.
