There are several common reasons why Amazon orders are not showing up on the orders page.
Unconnected Store
Shopperr can only access orders automatically from an Amazon store that is connected to Shopperr. For how to connect your store with Shopperr refer to the question on the tab Connect your shops with Shopperr "How to connect your Amazon store with Shopperr?"
Payment Status
Shopperr only shows paid orders on Amazon. Check the order if it is paid by your customer or not.
Time lag
There is a time lag between your order being paid on Amazon and being automatically downloaded on your Shopperr account. If you want to fulfil payments for future orders automatically, you should go to My account > E-wallet page to allow us to deduct automatically from your E-wallet balance to pay for the pending orders.
The Product Is Not Synced With Shopperr
If none of the above reasons apply, it means that the product(s) is not synced with Shopperr.
