If your end-customer applies for a refund from you and you, in turn, wish to apply for a refund from us, then
- Go to your seller account on your seller dashboard.
- Click on the order tab on Menu on the left side.
- Please search for the order and click the order in a new window,
- click on the “open a ticket” button to fill in your application, and /or upload a photo as evidence.
- After verification, we will refund by crediting to your Shopperr E-Wallet.
