How to request a refund?

If your end-customer applies for a refund from you and you, in turn, wish to apply for a refund from us, then

1. Go to your seller account on your seller dashboard.
2. Click on the order tab on Menu on the left side.
3. Please search for the order and click the order in a new window,
4. click on the “open a ticket” button to fill in your application, and /or upload a photo as evidence.
5. After verification, we will refund by crediting to your Shopperr E-Wallet.
