How do I track my customer's order ?

Click the order number/Shopperr Order ID on the "Orders" page. This will take you to the order detail page. You can check the status there. 

If you want to check where the product has reached, click on the order tab, then on the 9th column, i.e., "Tracking No." Copy the tracking number and go to the Shiprocket site: https://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/. Paste the tracking order number that you have (13 digits) and get the status of the order.
